    The Dress is made to fit the 2000 Sailor Moon Irwin Deluxe 11.5 inch Dolls. Fashion may fit other Sailor moon dolls see last picture and read the rest of the description.
    This beautiful dress is made of Light Yellow Sateen, with an Indigo Chiffon Skirt, and Black Chiffon Rose Puffs on the top. The skirt is cut shorter on the front, and longer in the back
    The dress attaches in the back with Velcro, on the skirt, and a snap on the Yellow top.
    This dress is hand made, so you may find some loose stings on it. We try to find them all and cut them, but some may have been missed.
