It includes the 3" H OR 6" H stem & will hold 5" H x 7" W cards.
The assembled height of the 10"H sign holder is 11.5" H but will only stick up 10" H when placed on the rack.
The assembled height of the 13"H sign holder is 14.5" H but will only stick up 13" H when placed on the rack.
