The shipper is paid a premium to deliver items intact. If an item arrives malfunctioning, a claim with the shipper must be filed prior to re-shipping (returning) an insured package. Please contact me directly through eBay messaging for instructions in this case, and I'll get you taken care of. I'm here, and I respond to communications, so please do not open an eBay return or send it back without an RMA number or other instructions from me. Sending it back when unprompted by me or the shipping carrier is often expensive and pointless.
