IR LED means infrared lamp. It is for night vision. IR LED is red, can not see lights, and infrared lamp will make image black and white at dark environment.

t the order page, "NO DVR" means NO VIDEO RECORDING FUNCTION, can not record video. "With DVR" means HAS VIDEO RECORDING FUNCTION, can record video by SD card.
If you choose the one with DVR, there will be a 16GB SD card in the package as a gift.
The one with DVR support SD card, at most 32GB.
We only suggest good quality original class 10(C10) SD card. Other bad quality SD card or TF card with a SD card cover maybe not sustaining or not stable.
SO YOU SHOULD BETTER CHOOSE GOOD QUALITY AND ORIGINAL CLASS 10(C10) SD CARD.
3. Lights is controllable, there are 3 cables at the camera, one for video, one for power of the camera, and the other one for power of  lights. You can turn on/off lights by connecting or disconnecting the cable of lights power.
